Lauren’s journey with Pilates began as competitive soccer player dealing with an ankle injury. She quickly fell in love with Pilates and has a deep appreciation for movement and difficulty all while being safe for injuries. She brings both strength and intentionality to every session. Lauren has been guiding clients with a passion for alignment, control, and transformation.

Jule Lane is a professional wellness and fitness educator specializing in Pilates, yoga, and Ayurvedic lifestyle design. With 7+ years of experience, she’s excited to move with you and build strength together during DORU’s opening weeks!
Jule is a certified Mat Pilates, Barre, and 500-hour yoga teacher with a background in dance and over 7 years of experience in movement education. Her classes blend athletic precision with mindful movement to challenge your core, build full-body strength, and leave you feeling grounded. Jule teaches with the intention of helping you feel strong and confident, while offering space to explore what works best for your body each time you show up.

Joyce is a Balanced Body–certified Pilates instructor who’s all about creative sequencing and choreography-driven flows that still pack an athletic punch. Think rhythm, precision, and serious work—without ever getting boring.

DORU INSTRUCTOR
Amanda is a passionate Pilates instructor who has been working in the fitness industry since 2017. She is a 200-hour certified yoga instructor, an AFAA-certified group fitness professional, and a Lagree Level 1 trainer. Having always lived an active lifestyle, she brings energy and authenticity to her teaching. With a focus on alignment, strength, and mindful movement, she empowers clients to build both physical and mental resilience. Her philosophy centers on doing all things healthy for the body and mind, helping individuals become stronger, more balanced, and better prepared for the challenges of everyday life.
